Quotation Information
For us to provide you with an accurate and competative quotation please have the following information to hand when you contact us.
1 Your name, address, phone number and email address.
2 The premises address and postcode and the nature of the business that you require the quotation for.
3 An estimate of the size of the building in either sq metres, sq yards or sq feet (don’t measure exactly a rough estimate will suffice)
4 Number of floors, any basements.
5 Number of rooms including corridors, store rooms, toilets etc
6 Details of how the building is heated
7 Any unusal characteristics ie solar panels, wind turbines etc
8 Any other information that you feel is relevant
Should you require a Domestic Energy Performance Certificate for premises that are associated with the property please tell us to receive a discounted quote for this service and whether you require a Home Information Pack if the residential premises are being sold, (also discounted).
The Quotation is without obligation and if you wish to proceed a deposit is required which can be paid by Credit Card or Cheque.
PLEASE NOTE As long as the information you give is to us is as above and is given in good faith then we will NOT increase our prices if we find some minor discrepancies in the information.
