What does a Commercial Energy Performance Certificate cost?
Producing a Commercial Energy Performance Certificate is a complex process and no accurate figure can be given without knowing details of the property concerned. To produce an EPC the Assessor will need to visit the property to throughly survey the building noting such details as the size of the building, construction details, room measurements, size and type of glazing, heating ventilation and lighting provision and any renewable engery sources used.
As an example however, a small corner shop with 3/4 rooms will probably cost £250-£300. Larger premises such as offices, hotels, public houses, industrial units will in all probablilty cost more.
